There was not enough merchandise so the charm I wanted were out of stock

Not willing to find the right merchandise for the customer. Desire to get rid of the customer ASAP. I want to know more about the variety, to see the options. No these things

Felt the sales associate was somewhat pushy in trying to up sell. No promotions were happing to provide a discount or free item

Because the sales person new exactly what I was describing. Sales person was friendly Sales person was attentive

The barcelet price was too high wich I liked,thats why I need to choose other options.They didnt have all collection of charms.

The store is very busy and not enough people to help. And most of the items I wanted were not available at the store. The wait is just too long no matter when you go. So many times I just walked out. And you have to know to put your name and an associate have to put your name so there’s no order.

I wish there was one associate that can help customers who already know what they want to buy so they can purchase the item and be on the way. Having to wait until an associate is available is somewhat inconvenient.

I was very satisfied

I was not greeted at the door, and it took several minutes for someone to come to me and put my name on the list for help. The store was not crowded.

No one told me to sign in.. a customer was allowed to cut the line because she was a card member. I am a new client to Pandora and i has to wait. Not cool.
