the desired items are always available. Great location at the mall. Most sales staff are friendlh.

I really like pandora stuff but I had 3 bracelets that went totally rusty and every time I took to the store to clean they would say that the machine was broken. Anyways I had to clean it myself. I still went back and bought more stuff from pandora. I hope the quality lasts more than the previous purchases.

It takes long while they look for the bar code number fot the charms. They flip back and forth. They should put the bar code on the pack of the sample they are showing.

I never give my highly satisfaction. I was happy and been happy with all my pursaches I have made through out the years. One thing I did not like was I had to wait about 30mins for someone to help me,

at the time there were only two customer representatives at the stores. I had to wait 20 minutes to be helped. that is a long time to wait.

I am not highly satisfied with the prices. You should have more coupons/ discounts.

No one greeted me or my daughter when we walked in the store. Only after we were in the store for more than 5 minutes did someone ask “if we need assistance or did we just come to look.” My daughter had a specific ring she wanted to purchase from Pandora, otherwise I would have left.

No sales or promotions.

Was overall satisfied except that the time to be assisted was pretty long. I waited for approximately 35-45 minutes before being helped.
