Charm that I needed wasn't available

I was satisfied with my Pandora experience. He interior of the stores was very nice, my assistant was very friendly, and the quality of the charms that I bought was satisfying. However, one thing that made me click satisfied instead of highly satisfied is because the very long wait. I waited three hours to even get into the store just to purchase 2 charms that only took 30 minutes. But other than the wait, everything was good.

I waited on a line for almost 2 hours. The line was not very organized and the system for allowing people into the store was broken. Better management near the holidays should have been a priority

Only 3 employees were working. The wait to get into the store was over and hour and then you had to wait 30-45 min for assistance. They called names off a list. However people would just claim that there name was the one they called when it wasn’t. Not very organized and other customers were angry and screaming

There was an extremely long wait and when we arrived at the front they stated that although we responded we would be there soon others had been placed in front of ya.

I wait to much to pay, and no one ask me what I was waitting for they just look at me and continue talking or taking care of other costumers.

Am satisfied

The use of tablet for waiting list. Not accurate. I waited just outside the store and 3 people left and the manager was not calling me. I was the only one waiting! On the tablet I still had 28 minutes left, I was thinking 3 people already left in the store and the manager was not calling me, I was telling myself if she was gonna let me in at that moment or wait til my 28 minutes done. Whoever thought that kind of process must be out of this world! The following day, i went back, the same manager saw i had 2 xmas cards and she was next to me and she whispered to the salesperson to tell me i could only get 1 card! Hello!! Why not tell me directly because I can hear you Donna!
