One of the reasons why im not highly satisfied is due to the limited stocks there was at the pandora outlet. They didnt have what i wanted. And another trip there the sales associates were all busy.

There was no organization when I walked in. People were helped before me that came into the store after me because on associate, after I was waiting 10 minutes for help, put a sign in sheet out and put on the opposite side of the store. By the time I got to it I was 3rd in the list when she should have asked who came in first, in my opinion. The person who actually helped me with my purchase was amazing though and improved my experience, and she is the reason I would return to that store.

Wasnt satisfied with a comment a sales associate made while I was trying t ask for a size exchange in my bracelet. I was approached by one person whom helped me beautifully. But when she whent to the register to process my exchange another associate asked her what was it that I needed help with and he made a smart remark and unfortunately I heard it. Extremely unprofessional. I love Pandora but I wont be returning to thi location anymore.Because of him.

The service at pandora was alright even though it was my first time going and actually buying something. I would not say it was highly satisfied because we were getting familiar with store prices. The employee were great in communicating with the customer.

There was a long wait to get into tye store , you would think the day before Valentine’s Day there would be more associates than 3 … the selection was very scarce & the store was in disarray, this just proves on line shopping is the way to go

the sales associate that was helping me was not that friendly, I wanted to try other rings too but felt like she wanted to just dismiss me
