Staff was very friendly and nice. However, on my specific question regarding the future clasp repair the staff member was not helpful knowledge wise.

I felt the sales rep was more into talking to her coworkers then myself being the customer, and I even applied for the card and she didn’t even know how to get to complete the purchase though she was friendly I felt it could’ve been a bit better experience for me

Try to return and item sales associate tells me they close Store hours 11-6 It was only 5:49 She basically told me to walk back out with her hand after saying it once

I went to the store for a quick buy. The manager saw me and never asked if I needed any help. Two other associates were helping out 1 man. Why do 2 associates need to help out one person, while I was kept waiting for almost 10 minutes. I totally understand if the store would have been crowded, but it wasn’t. Finally, I was helped and everything went great. The sales associate knew where the earrings I was looking for were. Very helpful. I just didn't like that I had to wait 10 mins to be taken care of.

There was nothing special about the experience, I could have the same exact experience ordering online. Going in to a store, you expect to a degree, that the staff will make you feel speciall, and there is none of that in this store. I go back to this location because it is the closest to where I live and no other reason. I don't think that it is only this store or only pandora, I think in general retail staff performs at the lowest level needed to perform the task. There are some businesses that do make me feel special and I will go out of my way to recommend them , Pandora is what it is , nothing special.

It’s honestly too small of a store to have inside such a huge mall. There are more associates inside than customers they attend to

The sales representative that helped me was very unfriendly and rude. I asked to see different types of bracelets and was giving us attitude and kept asking us in a rude way about what we needed.
