I came to this store because my bracelete broke and the lady said it broke because when I purchased it they sold me the wrong safety charm, and they exchanged it and charged me the difference of the price which is the only thing I think it’s totally wrong, they sold me the wrong charme, I almost lost my bracelete and I have to paid for the right thing?

The store needs a much better system to help customers. I went today and there was a long confusing line. I think they need more staffing and a perhaps assign an associate to help people with exchanges, returns and to tell customers if the item they are looking for is even stock so that the customer could then decide if they want to stay or not. I would rate the store a 2 based on the wait time but I am even giving the store 4 stars because of Raquel S. She was so kind, personable, bubbly and patient. She made the hour wait worthwhile. She helped me pick out a bracelet, educated me on what certain charms do and made great suggestions. She deserves all the credit I can give her. She made my Pandora experience an amazing one. Thanks Raquel!

The associate was very inpatient and was trying to rush us to choose charms my daughters were not sure about.

My friend and I had walked into this Pandora location at around 7:50 PM knowing that the store closes at 9:30. As soon as we walked in and asked if we could get our jewelry cleaned they they didn’t acknowledge us and looked right at their watches and said “yes you can” with the attitude like she wasn’t in the mood to do it. While my friend is being attended with her bracelet the associate was being extremely rude and was talking to her as if she didn’t know what she was saying. She had even told her not to write down her email knowing that there would be a feedback email. After we came back 45 mins later (about 8:45) to pick up our jewelry nobody had acknowledged us until 20 mins after we were standing there, and you can tell that, that was done on purpose. I won’t ever be returning to this pandora location EVER again.

My visit to the store was the first time. they were having an amazing sale for after holiday, i understood going to the store they were going to be very busy. some of the employees there were very nice and helpful. Chivon the manager was very welcoming and helped with my girlfriends jewelry cleaning even while we waited on line to get into the store that was very nice of her to do that. the only issue i had was the sale associate who helped me, i could feel that the sale associate wanted to just hurry me along and every time i had a question or wanted to ask if they had certain items she would look annoyed. I felt she honestly just wanted me to buy something and leave, once again i understand its busy and its the holiday but i didn't feel comfortable shopping there at the moment and just felt pressure to hurry and buy something because she just stood there staring at me. I work in retail as well and understand fully about customer needs, the store was fine people were nice but the uncomfortable feeling i got from the sale associate wasn't the greatest. Overall i am still a fan of Pandora and will return to the store in the future hoping for a better experience next time.

There was a line outside of the store before the entrance, and an employee checking-in customers waiting on line, the employee announced my wait time was 20 minutes and while waiting on line she let several people walk into the store that weren't waiting on line while she was talking, it wasn't fair some had to wait on line and other people were allowed entry. On top of that nothing that I REALLY wanted was in stock and I asked about purchasing in store from the website since the items weren't available and the employee informed me that's not a service Pandora offers. I was disappointed and I had to purchased a bracelet for my mom that she will later have to exchange because it's not truly her size. I still purchased for the sake of a Christmas gift ON CHRISTMAS.

I love pandora merchandise. I wasn’t satisfied with the employees merchandise handling. The products were placed in the floor and then just laid on on the counter with no explanation or details. Worker look very bored and unbothered.

What upset me was the assistants first comment to me " but this cost this much" before I asked how much it cost. She never used the jewelry pad like the other assistants were using. She wasn't creative on giving me more options. At the end I bought it because the product sells itself not because of the assistant. Bottomline it was absolutely terrible service.

Hi, I brought the pandora bangle with the two balls on the ends less than a year ago. I went back to the store as one of the balls broke. After 3 months of complaining a sales associate replaced the ball. Two months later the ball fell off when I was wearing it and I lost it. For Mother’s Day my husband went into the store to buy me new balls for the end of my bangle. The associate told us they didn’t sell them and he had to buy a new bangle at $120.00 which he did. I think this is really bad quality for Pandora. I am shocked you were not able to fix my bracket.

The sallers were not friendly, i had to wait 40minuts to buy anything bcs nobody cares how many people is waiting...
