A lot of cases when i go into the store I’m not greeted by managent who are staring there right next to the sales associates. I don’t know if they feel like there in management they feel superior or what the case may be but this shouldn’t be acceptable. Everyone needs to be treated the same & this needs to be addressed to all associates. I recall walking in and smiling and saying hello 1st to who i believe was a manager and she didn’t say 1 word. Not even a smile. The sales associate who helped me exemplified outstanding customer service. However, the lady who i wish i got her name who didn’t speak was rude to not speak. I work in a professional corporate environment so i know what it entails and how to treat everyone the same. In Retail - customers are to feel welcomed & treated like all ( regardless of race, gender, size) the same. Please address this across the board or i will be going to uppper management. Above the DM.

The product is fine the store gets crowed the waiting around like cattle is no good at all.The same thing happened during Christmas the woman that assisted me was perfect I would go back just for her alone (her assistance at the store ) but the waiting to get helped is bad, a better system is needed or some extra staff on those Special days!!!!!!

Waited in line outside of the store for an hour. Store seemed understaffed for the holiday season. Salesperson was not very friendly. Although it was the holiday season, the store seamed to run out of merchandise quickly as if not well stocked for the holiday.

There was a thirty minute wait to get into the store. Store was out of some merchandise.

The wait in line was long. The sales associate was not all knowledgeable about the merchandise (or prices, she had to go back and look everything up which took forever, no wonder the wait was so long), and she wasn’t very friendly or helpful. I was hoping she would suggest things, but she just waited for us to ask for specific charms and other jewellery

The sales associate who helped us was not friendly at all and seemed like she didn’t even want to be there or help us. No personality and no smiles. It made the experience very uncomfortable.

Not enough associates. Line was very long outside. Two Associates took people from the line to make returns as they should be waiting just like everyone else.

I checked online for available charms that were “in stock” online but wasn’t in the store and the store did not have the right free bracelet so I was given an “in memory” bangle which I was told wasn’t

Store was overcrowded. People were standing in front of the counters for way too long with sales reps not allowing anyone to look at the displays. What should’ve been a 15 minute trip turned to an hour.
