One of my braces is about to break and I didn’t have my receipt and they couldn’t found online so they couldn’t do anything about it.

The customer service I received in this location was absolutely terrible. Originally the day I went to purchase my item I was rushed, treated unprofessionalism and not helped to the degree I should’ve. Later realizing I was wrongly given the size of the ring, I returned back to the store and again had to face difficulty. The sales associate who sold me the ring put an incorrect size of the ring I purchased on the receipt and sold me an old used ring. When trying to return it for a new size, they accused me of creating all these mistakes. The sales associate tried to tell me I was bringing back an entire different ring when in fact I was returning the exact same ring I purchased that sold to me with all these mistakes they made. I will never return to this Pandora store and recommend you restaff with employees who are helpful and are doing focused on not making mistakes that will later put on the customer for.

The guy helping me and my friend was rushing us in finding matching rings. He kept making rude comments like when I told him i wanted a simple ring similar to the one I was wearing at the time , his reply was “ that’s not simple but okayyyy” and gave an attitude that was uncalled for. He made me and my friend uncomfortable and made me feel inferior. My friend had picked a piece she thought was nice his reply was “ that’s ugly “ This whole interaction was less than 5 mins as he was rushing us and had another person take over, come to find out he was rushing us because he wanted to leave as his his shift was ending. At other locations rings that clients touch is put on a tray for disinfection put the guy put them right back in the holding tray.

I was disappointed because I am a member of the Pandora club and was unable to use my 10% discount IN the store ! I was told it is only for one line orders - stupid I think! and there are no other discounts available for senior citizens, and also there were no specials . Of course, next week should start the mother's day special probably a free bracelet or something if you spend $100 or more which I did. Very disappointed.

The people in the store were looked at me and my family judge-mentally. We were rushed and spent over 300$. I am a nurse and had my nurses discount. The sales associate did not know it was possible and kept asking other associates if my bar code was real or fake. She did not want to allow me to use it. She also seemed annoyed when I asked the price of the charms.

Staff does not follow same protocole and different sales associates provide different information. As a credit card holder I was told I did not have to wait on the line. However the manager made me do the line which took around 90 minutes. She was not kind when explaining with a loud tone of voice that I had to make the line as the other costumers. I wouldn't have asked to "skip" the line if this wouldn't have been mentioned to me by another associate from the SAME store over the phone.

I didn't like the sale associate service at all she wasn't friendly or helpful. Just always make sure the customers are happpy.
