I waited in line before entering the store for 45 minutes. I get inside and do ask the associate I am here for spacers. He shows me 3!!! Two spacers were the same and he says this is what we have when I know there is wayyy more. I said ok... I picked one since it was for a gift and I said I need a gift receipt because I knew he wasn’t going to show me anymore and I knew the person I gifted it to would return for another one. I didn’t want to deal with him anymore so I picked one and got the gift receipt and left. Never again will I come to this location!

The representative that helped me was a bit rude when answering questions. I feel she wasn't as she should've been for for working in customer service. She was not very helpful & had to be asked for several things when wrapping the items & she seemed bothered.

I visited Pandora in Garden State Plaza for a ring that I had purchased in December 2018 for my girlfriend. It was ruined when the rock came off from the middle of the ring. Your store policy for returns and exchanges says that if a receipt is not found for the purchase, a bank statement would suffice. When the associate that helped me tried to look up my transaction, she was unable to find the ring and I told her what the website on Pandora.com said about the store policy on returns or exchanges she gave me a hard time and still did the exchange. She still told me that I was wrong and went to the manager to ask and said that she said the same thing. Obviously there is some confusion between the store policy and the store associates and manager in this store. Very terrible experience. Back in December was a busy time for them and I understand this but I believe the associate they rang me up back in December Failed to properly put my information in with the purchase which is why they had difficulty finding it I even have the date and paystub for that purchase on my Chase bank account.

I was not satisfied with the sales associate. I'm in sales myself and never ever have i experienced such an arrogant sales person. She was clearly rushing me and asked " so are you going to take this or not?" after approx 5 minutes of me trying rings, and i am not exaggerating. Will not return to this particular store.

Very rude sales associate! Soucy who helped me with purchase was great but another associate at the store was shockingly rude, her name is Debby

Sale associate was not friendly the whole time. And she forgot to apply the discount to my bill.

Listen, it’s Christmastime, right? Instead of having a 45min wait outside the store, why not just hire more than 3 salespersons to handle the customers? You wouldn’t need a ride woman at the door with a waitlist if you had double the salespersons to handle the demand.

It was very unlike the experiences I've had at other Pandora stores. When I entered the store the two associates working at the store actually discussed amongst themselves as to which one was going to help me and not in a good way. It seemed that they were much more preoccupied with setting up displays than helping me, an actual customer. There was nobody else in the store so they were not busy with sales. The lady that finally ended up helping me was very standoffish. It felt as if I was imposing in on her time. I had two exchanges and actually bought three additional charms but it wasn't due to her help as a salesperson, it was because I had planned to. She was not inclined to help with advice and was very matter a fact about the whole transaction. Another customer walked in and was not even acknowledged. She refused to take out trays for me to chose from. It was a vey disappointing experience. I save my money to buy these charms and I look forward to every shopping trip. It left me feeling very not happy. Unfortunately I will not be returning to this store.

I look very young for my age, however I am able to provide for myself and be independent. I wanted to purchase a ring for myself. I had brought along my partner for company while I made the purchase. My partner slyly paid for the ring. I had stated out loud that I wanted to be independent and purchase it myself. The sales associate who was helping me scoffed at me and stated, "who are you by dinner?" I believe she was referring how I may still need my parents and that I am not independent. I left the comment alone and proceeded with the purchase. I did not appreciate how she passive aggressively said her comment to me like it would not offend me or that I did not understand what she said. I look young, but I am able to afford products at your store. I felt discriminated against my looks. From the moment I walked through the door, no associate greeted me or offered to help, because I felt like they thought that I would never be able to afford anything in the store and completely disregarded me.
