There was no structure in place with reference to wait time. The agent was not very friendly; she had limited knowledge of Pandora's product offerings. To top it all off, after I made my purchase there were no bags; totally unacceptable.

I had to wait 45 minutes for help. Then, when I finally got help most of the items I wanted weren't in stock. I was especially disappointed because I was there for teacher appreciation and I would have saved 25%.

having to wait when I knew what I wanted to buy. I was not shopping just tae my $. Dedicate a line for non shoppers I was there to pick up a piece for my wife. Not brouse for 15 min. Very frusting 2nd. time will not happen to me again

was annoyed when checking out that the sales clerk had trouble charging my credit card on her palm held charger, this is the second time that this has happened at this store, I wish that they could get their act together, I paid for my item in cash.

We purchased a ring that was marked $50, but rang up at $60. When I mentioned it to our salesperson, she just said it was incorrectly labeled. I then informed her that per NJ retail law, items marked at a certain price should be sold at that price. Associate then called over manager and she also said it was $60 and just labeled wrong. She was not nice and seemed very bothered by my mention, in the end she did give us the $50 price, but with a very nasty attitude. Additionally, the ring looked very tarnished and I had to point it out to the salesperson who seemed put off when I asked to have it cleaned. Lastly, although my daughter wore the ring out of the store, we did not receive a box nor the usual cute little bag with bow. Needless to say we were both extremely disappointed with our experience at this store

As a regular Pandora customer, I was dissatisfied with the level of customer service I received. Usually when I walk into a Pandora store, I am greeted by the Stylists and asked whether or not I needed help; I was not greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I had a concern about purchasing Pandora earrings due to the fact that I am highly allergic to certain metals (other than gold), and needed assistance as to whether or not I was going to make the purchase. When I decided on the pair that I was going to buy, my request to get the earrings out of the case was bounced around to three different sales associated (including the manager of the store) before anyone made an effort to get the product for me. This was a frustrating experience especially due to the fact that we were two of the four customers in the store. The sales associates were crowded around the wrap desk in the back when we entered, and they seemed more concerned with their STARBUCKS order than they were with assisting their customers. I do not plan to frequent this location again anytime soon due to their lack of attention.

I waited 45 minutes to make an exchange . There were 3 sales associates at this location, which is in the busiest mall in New Jersey . They only had 5 people in the store at a time. By the time I got to my exchange, the sales associates didn’t seem like they wanted to help. The manager had to help me because the line was getting so long. She was not too helpful though. I wasn’t sure which size I should get and she really only seemed to agree on whatever size I was saying at the time. I never had to wait this long at the Paramus Park location, I most likely will never go to the Garden State Plaza location again.

The store had only three associates helping customers, and at one point two associates were not helping anyone while there was a huge line of customers waiting to get in the store. I was told there was a 45 min wait to enter and when I asked if they could check the availability of an item for me (so that if the item was not available I wouldn’t have to wait for no reason) I was denied my request. Then I saw the associate check availability for someone else.
