The store had a line outside that was over an hour wait long. They had 1 very nice lady taking names and explaining to everyone the procedure to getting into the store. Some rude people did just skip the line and get waited on by the manager no less. The very nice lady at the door did tell the manager a few times that this was not fair to all the people waiting nicely. The manager did not seem to care. Ignored the upset people in line and then and argument started all because the Manager did not put her foot down and stick to the rules for everyone. Once I was waited on a lot of the items my twins & husband picked out was sold out so I had to settle for pieces that we did not originally want but nice none the less. No one other than the very nice lady talking to patrons at the door came over to see if I was ok and offered an apology its sad because this was my first time visiting this store and it left a very bad experience for me and We all started off so happy.

Sales Associate left me after I waiting 2 hours to get into store and then another associate came over and couldnt find anything. He wondered arond from the back of store thru all cabinets to and couldnt find anything I requested, he didnt try to offer anytjing else and stated sorry I dont know what to tell you

The wait was an hour and a half and when I finally got help the sales associate was not helpfulin knowing your products. He was too busy talking personal stuff witha fellow co worker. I will never return to your store.

Store was very crowed due to holiday shopping which is no one's fault. But the procedure for the way the waiting list is maintained is very poor. There were only three sales people including the manager. Waited over two hours for assistance.

I had to wait an hour just to receive services and I went on a Friday morning thinking that there will be a smaller crowd. This is the holiday season so I understand the delay but the store should be better staff to handle this. An hour of wait is just unacceptable.

Merchandise was amazing, but my sales associate Rosemarie G. from the garden state plaza was not helpful at all. The entire time it seemed like she did not want to help me at all, (maybe becaue I'm younger than most clients?) I even over heard her talking with other coworkers how she was dying to leave the store, and not once did she smile. No suggestions or anything. It was my first time shopping at pandora, I spent $250 and felt like I was completely on my own. She seemed miserable the entire time, and seemed like she wanted to have nothing to do with me. Would not recommend her to any friends/family.

Terrible service. They make you wait for an hour & text you when they are “ready” to only go back & wait for another 30 minutes. The wait was ridiculous. They have one person holding an iPad to take down names instead of having them also assist customers. So they just stand there “watching the floor” which really means holding an iPad. I will not return to this Pandora location unless it’s absolutely necessary.

Everything was great, but the customer service from the associate was not the best. She talked to her coworkers while helping me, having a conversation that made me feel as if I was not important at all. She had a very bad attitude whenever I asked to see another charm or had a question on a product. I almost did not continue with the transaction because of how unwanted I felt.

The sales rep was not attentive and made rude faces everyone we asked about an item and the prices. She seemed tired and didn’t smile not once.

I arrive at store #218123 at 20:37 waited on line until I was helped at 21:07 by associate 245087 And had asked the manager that night if she could have someone else help me to what she replied “ no I do not have anybody else to help you “ I did not feel welcome after I had made a purchased on September 12/2023 at store # 218212 with an nice associate who help me in a very nice way but tonight at this store I just wanted to returned one item . I had to ask the manager to override a small returned and ended up making the purchased at the Macy’s pandora with Salome a very pleasant Associate . When I was leaving the store where they did not make me feel welcome I saw how they both were talking to eachother and i replied I can see you thru the glass . This store #218123 and the associates who work there do not like their jobs and they do not represent the Pandora Brand the way they should . I will not go back to that store not will I recommend this store to anyone
