Called the store to check on item availability, went into the store for item earlier said to have on hand to be met with the nastiest, laziest sales associate, then to be greeted by a different associate with the best customer service ever

yesterday , i went to pandora paramus with my boyfriend to choose my birthday gift and the customer service was the worst that I ever had, she was upset super unfriendly she was mad when I asked her for more models and my boyfriend and me feel this pressure of her. I love pandora but because of her ill not come back again.

The sales associate was fine and I was there for over 30 minutes carefully picking gifts for close friends. My husband was with me and was stepping in and out as he has taking calls for work. That seemed to bother another associate of the store, Xavier Martinez, who asked me to ask my husband to stop going in and out of the store. He said that the corporate office didn’t like when they noticed people doing that. I found that to be really rude to ask a buyer. It was my first time in this store and will also be my last. I spent close to $500 and after that very uncomfortable experience I should have walked out on the spot. If there are such policies to ask people from walking in and out of the store while a serious buyer is in the store it should be published in the store and not be told in an uncomfortable way in front of the customers on how my husband should behave in the store. I have never felt so uncomfortable in any store. Your corporate office should change their metrics if they only force employees to ask uncomfortable requests to customers. It just makes the customer experience terrible.

I placed an order online. First, for approximately 20 minutes my order could not be found, only to find it where they originally looked. Within that time frame, my order was cancelled. The manager then informed me that my order was cancelled, and if I wanted I could still purchase them, but not at the price I originally paid, but at the current price.

The sales associate was horrible and he had an attitude. We asked to see a Pandora catalog since the charm I was looking for wasn’t available I needed to choose a different charm. He claimed he couldn’t help me with that request. Then simply stood there rushing me to pick a charm. He talked over me multiple times and was not helpful. I couldn’t walk around the store to see the selection of jewelry.

The sales associate that to care of me was very rude didn’t want to help me told me I have to make an decision because he didn’t want to go back over to that section even with that attitude I still purchased but was very unhappy

Your employees at the Garden State Plaza Pandora are rude and unprofessional! There were so many things wrong from the time I entered to into your shop. I only put up with their rude and unprofessional behavior to get what was needed and to leave as fast as I could! I would advise your staff to be polite starting at the door, don't be rude and tell folks by pointing " stand over there!" That is not how you treat someone, I felt so offended and belittled a kid. Also, maybe consider providing them with "breath breaks" to regroup - from what i gathered is your staff is working with masks on all day and feeling flustered. There's more but I think you get the picture

I bought a bracelet and the same day that I bought it, it gets broken. I feel extremely sad and I don't want to buy with you again. If you are a good store you should apologize and give me a compensation for all the problems that I had. And I am not going to recommend you to others if you don't compensate me.
