The last at the store was not friendly or welcoming at all. I didnt return a bracelet for a charm and didnt get a bag. The lady appeared upset with the exchnage and rush the service. I upset because I was expecting more but didnt even get a bag for my purchase- horrible customer service!!!

Deborah was a rude sales associate. I wanted to make sure I like the bracelet. I asked her if I could return. She told me if it’s lose I can’t return. I was making sure I like the bracelet. She pulls on the bracelet so now I can’t even return BECAUSE SHE PULLED ON THE BRACELET and DEBORAH HERSELF made the bracelet lose.

My associate seemed bothered. I was directed to go to another store for a fix. The whole interaction seemed rushed. The store was extremely loud, hot and crowded. I ended up losing my bracelet and approximately $700 worth of charms at the mall that same day, due to the fact that it was not able to be fixed and the bag he provided for me was ripped. I cannot even explain the level of disappointment and disgust with the GSP Pandora store.

Just wanted to say when I entered the store there was no customer's at all. I was the only customer. I asked the worker Raquel S can she help me. She seemed annoyed and angry the whole time. She barely wanted to help me at all!! Her body language rolling her eyes blowing her breath. So unprofessional by the way I'm still the only customer in the store the whole time. So it wasn't like she was busy. I will never come back to this store and I will be closing my credit card for pandora. I don't want to do business where I'm not wanted and being treated like that. I'm a loyal customer there. Thanks to your rude and unprofessional worker Raquel S. I will never ever do business with you guy's again and I will be closing my pandora credit card. You guy's should be happy that your still getting business due to the pandemic. So sad to be treated that way!!

No discounts or exclusive offers despite myself spending a large amount. I spent over $600 on one item and received NOT 1 type of incentive. I also spent over 2hours at the store. I spent 45minutes waiting outside before entering the store on their line. After making the purchase the associate spent over 15-20minutes charging me and getting all my items together for final purchasing.

Will not return to this particular location. The sales associate was rude and unfriendly and the only reason I even purchase the item was because it was in available online. I left and refused to purchase other items because she was so rude to me. Had I had a friendly associate I would have purchased more items. She didn’t even want to give me a box or bag for my item, I had to request it. I had visited another location in Palisades mall NY and my experience was amazing but they did not have the piece I wanted. Will not return to that location in the garden state plaza mall NJ. Disgusting and rude

Horrible sales people working at pandora by the garden state mall. My daughters gold charm was peeling off so I asked for an exchange. I was told that she showered with the bracelet and they can’t exchange it. I repeated myself over and over again that she didn’t shower with it but they insisted that she did and did not want to exchange it

Wanted to return new bangles I did not have a receipt for but were bought in store, asst manager Debbie said No not even a store credit or exchange, I spent $388.64 on jewelry that same day and sales associate did not pack a jewelry cleaner I bought in my bag for $15 I called the same night I got home was told to stop following day, Debbie accused me of lying and made me feel as a thief! And told me sales associate Joshua did place it in my bag(not true) Did not apologize for their mistake! Look at your cameras ! Ridiculous!

I truly enjoyed my experience due to the associate that helped me. She was extremely knowledgeable about the jewelry. She also helped me with my decision making to put together a perfect bracelet with charms. I also loved the rings she showed me that I picked out. Great experience and I’ll definitely continue going back to Pandora in the near future.
