Our sales person Natalie B was very rude to me and my daughter. Rude, with a fake smile. She rushed us and didn't make us feel as though our time or money was valued. Multiple snide comments were made as though we weren't spending enough money, after I expressed that my budget was $40 for the charm I was interested in purchasing.

Horrible customer service. Associates never look up when I walked into store. I was waiting a while and when someone finally looked up to take names, other people had walked in and were placed before me on list.

Customer service was horrible. The worker gave me attitude when I was just purchasing the charms. Also handled my jewelry without caution.

This weekend, I put my name on a wait list and waited 45 minutes in a crowded and overly warm store to see an associate. (garden state plaza mall in new jersey store). People with a "pandora preferred" card (thats what the associate told me) were coming in and being helped before me. Then I asked for an item and was told it was out of stock. I then took the associate to the item and pointed to it and she has been unaware of it being in stock. I needed two items of the same kind then it took another 15 minutes for her to produce a second item that she "got from the back". A full hour in the store was unnecessary and a poor experience for us and I will not return. If I buy again it will be from the website.

I went to Pandora Garden State Plaza Paramus NJ 1/19/18 I saw Minnie Mouse Promotion I loved the scarf and charms when I inquired The staff member told me they didn’tknow anything about it it was new in the store I read a sign that said 200$ charms with scarf which I would have gladly paid but they a male and female clearly didn’t really want to be bothered it was disheartening i will look for another store nearby

Maria wasn’t helpful at all. She made me go across the mall for my id I came back, and another associate helped me and said I didn’t need an id.
