I could not get the free xmas ceramic ornament after 4 days since the promotion; I was offered 35% discount on my purchase instead and the representative was not well trained how to do it; she charged me separately for one item that was included in the gift set; at the end of the transaction I was blamed by the manager that I am asking for some kind of discount. I ended up getting 35% on one of the sets, but it was such a rude behavior of the representatives. They comment by whispering my transaction while I was still in the store just leaving it. I am not looking forward to go back to it and def I would not sent anyone there as well. On different occasion when I asked for cleaning my bracelet, everyone was either busy or the equipment was not available, on top of that when finally my bracelet was cleaned, one of my little charms was missing (horse shoe charm) which I realized couple days after. Never complained about it till now. Bad service. Women they have a very fake smile.

The sales associate was abrupt and was not helpful in giving me choices of what I was looking for ! I was getting a gift and she just took out one item at a time and wouldn't suggest other choices ! She insisted that I should get spacers ,which , I didn't want ! She was impersonal and apathetic and showed no interest in what I wanted! She wanted me to buy ..buy .. buy !!! In buying such a personal gift , I expected a more attentive caring and engaging attitude !!

I went to purchase a birthday gift their was an associate at entrance taking names she said it was 30 to 40 min wait when their was only 3 to 4 costumers that were finishing up I said I would wait it took 15 min the associate Maria took care of us I asked to see the items that were on sale she explained that we would have to look thru catalog we asked to see a couple of pieces she showed them to us in her hands she did not put a tray out so we can see if we liked them or not. I asked if I could hold one of the charms while she tried to locate another one she said no she had to hold it she made me feel like I was going to steal the item every time you asked to see a charm it seemed like it was a chore she did not want to do ask I was leaving I saw another associate bringing out the tray with the charms for another costumer with no reservations I felt that I was treated with prejudice against I did not say anything but my shopping experience was terrible I would never shop in that store both the lady at the entrance and the associate were quite rude.
