Your sales associate were curious, respectful very friendly and took time to understand what I wanted. Betty was a absolute delight. I enjoyed my visit,all the associate were very friendly.

The sales associate, Alexandra, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the merchandise in the store and helped me pick out a nice set of rings and earrings for my wedding. She was so friendly and patient with everything !

Everyone was very friendly i didn't know just what i wanted but was shown what i might like and i end up getting 3 beautiful pieces which i love.will be going back very soon

I explained to him what I was interested in and he took his time showing me several pieces that I was interested in purchasing. Most importantly he cleaned my bracelet and rearranged the charms on the bracelet so that they would display better . Kameron was super helpful. Upon entering the store, he immediately greeted me and navigated the store with ease locating the items I was looking for. He provided his suggestions and was very patient as I debated which items I’d purchase.

I was very dissatisfied. The employee taking care of more was more concerned with leaving then to offer me the correct size of bracelet I was looking for. I even left the store without making the purchase. I noticed that her shift was over and decided to go back to the store. Another member named Brianna took care of me and even remembered that I was just there. I mentioned how I noticed that the other girl didn’t want to help me. This member assisted me and I was able to buy the bracelet I wanted in the size I needed. Very dissatisfied with the customer service with that employee at the Riverside Mall store.
