The associate was great. The speed of service was top notch. He was also very knowledgeable and told me about the Pandora card. He helped me picking my charms as well.

I would like to compliment Ms. Sheyla from Pandora Garden State Mall because of her excellent and warm service. She accomodated us with knowledge of the product and presents options of what we were looking for in particular. She was patient and loves her job as I can see. She offered to clean my bracelet even arranged the charms which I truly appreciate. She is an example of what a good customer service is. Kudos to her and I know that she will go far because of her nice service.

I came in to this Pandora to buy a pair of clips for my charm bracelet. The silver associate was very friendly, and help me with everything. I even got to exchange a charm that was defective. I would come back here.

When I visited the Pandora store I was greeted and helped right away. The sales associate was very kind and extremely helpful. I was experiencing issues with ordering charms online using my Pandora Credit card. For some reason the website was not giving me the option to use my Pandora credit card. The sales associate observed the issue I was experiencing and her and the Pandora team had a great idea on how I could use my Pandora card to purchase the charms. So I purchased a gift card with my Pandora credit card and was able to use the gift card to purchase the charms online. I am very grateful and thankful for everyone's help, it was a team effort. I will be visiting the Pandora store at Garden State Plaza. I just hope that the issue of not being able to use my Pandora credit card can be resolved very soon.

I went in with something in mind to buy and the saleswoman immediately took out everything I wanted to see. She was quick with everything and she didn’t seem at all bothered by me trying on so many rings. She was the sweetest and I will be coming back here again for any more of my shopping needs.

This was my first purchase at Pandora, customer service was great as well as how clean the store was during this pandemic. I was greeting and asked if i. redes any help when I walked in. Service was really fast i probably spent 10 minutes in the store. Overall it was perfect.

I needed to wait a little bit because there was a few people in the store, but service there is always amazing! Very quick and the employee was very knowledgeable about the products. Loved it!
