Walking into the store it is well kept and clean. My cashier/staff member was super nice and knew so much! I must say it took a little long to get service but nothing awful!

The service I received was great. I appreciate that Debbie was patient and very helpful with me. She helped me pick out a birthday gift for my Auntie. And I appreciate her helping me with the inscription on the charm. Customer was Absolutely great.

I was very pleased with my visit for the following reasons. 1, the store was empty and clean. 2, the staff was very friendly and I was and out quickly. 3, inventory for my earrings were available.

Xavier was super helpful, showed me the silicone spacer for my charm, and reminded me of the warranty. Just VERY helpful and informative. I was not a Pandora customer prior to the Star Wars collection but the customer service, warranty, and general help I have received from employees has made me a committed customer who will continue to shop the brand and its stores :) GREAT WORK AND GREAT TRAINING!
