Xavier and Raquel were the best of the best. I wanted to purchase a Ferris wheel charm and they made every effort to compensate due to the item being already sold. Their interaction with me as the customer was outstanding. I will be returning to make more purchases and hopefully, they will be there to assist me.

Debbie was super helpful! She replaced my broken charms, restrung my bracelet, and offered terrific customer service. Pandora's general customer service ensures that I will continue to be a customer (And I usually prefer indie jewelry designers!) I am making Pandora a staple of my mall visits and jewelry shopping! Keep it up!!

I loved the quality of products. There are such a wide range of different charms and love how you can customize your own bracelet. The choice of bracelets is huge… love that. This was my first time in Themis store…. And person that helped me took his time and was so nice and helpful!! Presentation of bracelet in its box is also beautiful.

I was very impressed with the store displays.... everything looked so beautiful. The employee that helped me was very kind and also knowledgeable about the merchandise. He answered my questions with patience and his opinions helped me very much. The box presentation of this bracelet with charms is also very beautiful... which is very important if it's a gift.

I came in for a gift for my 12 year old niece after searching online for a bracelet at Pandora. Upon arriving in the store I already knew what I wanted to purchase. Unbeknown to me, the 10% available for joining the email list was for an online purchase only. The employee immediately called for a manager to discuss the situation with me and in a matter of a few minutes it was resolved to my satisfaction and I purchased a beautiful bracelet with 2 lovely charms that my niece will love!
