Pandora Jewelry

The person that I work with was from Jersey Gardens his name was Jaun he was extremely helpful and very nice.I have went to a Pandora and Long Island Walt Whitman mall because my bracelet have broke and they told me there was nothing that they could do for me and I had to purchase another bracelet.Which I did because I did not know any better about the warranty the lady in Walt Whitman did not explain anything to me she had me in the store crying because I had just bought the bracelet that week I was extremely upset..when I got to this Pandora he took care of me. and make sure everything was OK.I’m extremely happy I was even so excited that I have found a bracelet that have fit my daughters in that store. That particular location is amazing and I will be returning to them.

The sales associate that helped us was really helpful. She knew the products so well that she was able to show us the selections when I just explained the styles. Glad that she was there to help us make our first purchase at pandora.

The staff were friendly. Although there was a line to get into the store, the staff tried to be of service while we waited. In the store the staff was patient and helpful.

Sales person Niree was perfect. Knew what she was doing, had great patience and made me feel right at home.

Sales associate was very helpful and patient with me due to my 2yr old being present with me. Helped with suggestions. Also showed me a sample for future purchase that I plan to return for.

I like the idea that they clean your jewelry right in the store in New York were I go you have to leave your jewelry for a couple of days .

Tyrese was great at assisting me and my cousin, he was extremely patient and polite, I would definitely recommend this particular store location to everyone and it’s highly likely I will go back to buy charms for the bracelet I bought ❤️

Lady who helped me was extremely nice. They were knowledgeable and friendly.

The sales associate was so kind and considerate with helping us. The purchase was for my wife for Mother’s Day and my 13 year old son chose what he wanted for his mother. The woman made my son feel so special and she is a major asset for your company and your customers
