This was my second time at Pandora. One of the thing I notice is how nicely the staff welcomes each customer. They give you the space you need to buy and choose what you like. The display in the store is nice and easy to capture what you like. I think the name of the person who helped me During my second visit was Herbert. He was professional, and kind.

I had an item to exchage, my associate was super helpful who helped me easy to pick a new item!
