The sales associate, Herb, Employee # 179774, at Store # 0123, Garden State Plaza, is a rock star! I feel like I had my own personal stylist when I shopped yesterday. I came in wanting to buy a ring or 2. Herb knew the merchandise. Herb knew the inventory, specifically what sizes were in stock. He was dressed to impress which showed me he cared about his personal image and this is detail allowed me to trust his sense of style. Herb's attention to detail is an employer's dream. Before I was even paired with Herb for my purchase, he engaged me in light, jovial conversation about the bag I was carrying while I was online outside, waiting for my turn to enter the store. Seriously, employees everywhere should be more like Herb.
