I absolutely loved this visit. I have been to this pandora all the time but this visit encouraged me to do this survey. Ixchel the sale associate was so nice. I went in for a simple visit to pick up a charm that I ordered. but I ended up leaving with a chain and having her show me a chain to make sure my bracelet never fall off or I lose it.

I had to wait outside the store until another customer left. When I mentioned that I knew exactly what I wanted, the sales girl got it for me and we did the whole transaction while I was outside the door. Very easy

Ixchel from Garden State Plaza was an excellent service provider. She took her time with everything and was patient, spoke both languages, English and Spanish. Our communication was very clear, especially because I was with my mother and aunt who don’t speak Spanish. Very professional.
