I went in for an to exchange a ring that was too big, Melissa looked at my finger and immediately pulled out the same ring that fit absolutely perfect! we were in and out in less than 5 minutes!

Couldn’t find the piece I wanted on line. Called the store and they had it. They offered to hold for me to pick up later in the day.

Melissa was amazing! She helped me with my exchange and gave me some great ideas on a new purchase. She also provided me with the holiday book to look for future purchases!
