Compared to the other pandora stores I have been to before, this store in Paramus it is definitely the best one. From the moment I was brought in the store by the male representative directing the line it was very smooth. As I was standing in line he offered to help me and guide me through different things Pandora was offering. He was very polite and helpful. He was very kind and respectful. Then the girl that assisted me was very helpful and nice as well. I will definitely come back to this store.

From the time we arrived to the completion of our visit the associates displayed a spirit of customer service, job knowledge and attention to detail that made it a pleasant experience.

I purchased an engravable disk charm and had it engraved at the same time. The Sales Associate, Sheyla, was very, very helpful. Sheyla was so pleasant and checked with other employees for help. She may have been a new enployee. i must say the employees that helped her were equally pleasant to me and to her. Will definitely shop at this store. We drove from Basking Ridge to get the engraved charm, were so pleased with the staff so we will continue to shop at the Paramus Pandora Store. Thanks, Susan B.

My salesperson Ixchel was awesome great customer service. She is a people person I told her I will be back. The store was very welcoming, clean, everyone was social distancing and I felt safe while shopping.
