My twin daughters got Pandora bracelets for their 12th birthday. They love getting new charms. This time they bought clips for their bracelets. We look forward to our next visit.

I made an order online to pick up at this location. I was greeted by an employee outside who brought my order out to me. Based on her recommendations I exchanged the bracelet I ordered for a thicker one. She also recommended clips to keep my charms in place so I added two of those to my order with another employee inside the store who she handed me off to. From a business standpoint, the employees were friendly and very knowledgeable on the product which helped them build on the sale I already made. From a customer standpoint and as a first-time Pandora customer, their friendliness and knowledge impressed me and I will be returning. I got a beautiful bracelet with charms I love and I will be sure to make this location my primary in-person Pandora shop.

I was able to walk right into the store and was assisted immediately. I knew what I was looking for and the charms were available.Finally, I purchased an early Christmas present for myself.

Very beautiful store nice clean and sanitize products amongst the store the staff welcomed me as I entered very helpful and gave me their full attention I got everything I wanted and they made me feel happy with my purchase I love this store thank you so much
