Always a great experience with Raquel S. In this store. I usually go to her when she’s there because she is very knowledgeable of all the merch. Will be back before the Christmas holiday.

They never gave off a attitude or never act like they was getting aggravated very patient with me love there customer service very well

The staff was very knowledgeable of the merchandise and very friendly. The store was very clean and promoted safety for their customers.

Did not have to wait too long to enter. No sales presure from the store associates. Associate very knowledgable with merchandise. She was also very nice and polite and patient.

I am satisfied but if there’s one thing I can add I would add that the associates actually acknowledge you walking into the store whether there with a customer or not if they see that you’re standing there waiting to be assisted actually flag someone that’s available so that they realize you’re waiting or if there’s no one available say something don’t just look up in an unfriendly way and ignore you.

The stores do not carry A lot of gold charms for the bracelets and kids sets would be nice.

The representative was awesome he knew what I wanted he actually had the charm on his bracelet love his feedback he was great

i’m thrilled with the silver disk charm that was engraved while there. The girl that help was adorable, and so helpful. I bought the charm for a granddaughter for Christmas. Matilda, who helped me, went out of her way to make sure that the engraving was perfect. I then bought another charm for another granddaughter!

I was extremely satisfied simply because due to my work schedule as a flight attendant it’s hard for me to visit the store & do exchanges/follow ups because of my line of work. They were helpful, considerate, and was able to not only exchange but purchase new items as well. I’m VERY thankful that they were understanding & able to process my transactions
