I loved my experience with my sales rep Soucy up. She looked for everything that I asked and had a very pleasant attitude at all times. She gave me her opinion on new charms and a clip that I asked her for. I have never felt more welcomed in a Pandora store.

The associate who helped me was very professional and displayed excellent customer service.

The staff were very aware and directed us politely and professionally, they worked as a team to keep the store clean and welcoming. Herb was very personable and relatable which made us feel like we were shopping with a friend, his assistance was such a great experience over all! This was my first time visiting the GS Mall. What a great crew!

Before we even walked into the store our associate Soucy was very kind and funny, she began to pull us in (with an imaginary rope) it was so cute!
