The salesman was so nice and happy to have them here for my family and friends who have been there for me

The person who attended me was very kind. the person was highly trained. and it was great that she spoke Spanish

The lady that was assisting us was very helpful and friendly. She made the whole shopping expereince less stressful and I appreciate her being bilingual because she was able to communicate with my mom and included my mom to the conversations.

The salesperson Soucy was very friendly and nice. She took care of me because she fixed my concern without any problem. She made me feel like a valued customer and I really liked that. Thumps up for a employees like her.

The representative that helped me was very friendly and relatable as well as his colleagues in store. It was welcoming and I didn’t feel rushed as opposed to my store visit at the short pump location. Garden State plaza Pandora is my favorite.

I was a little concern because of the Covid situation entering a mall. I was impressed by the cleanliness of store and there was no customer’s at the time. Service was great!! I was highly satisfied with this overall experience. When I first got there everyone was socially distant and the lady outside was able to help me even before I got in the store and she was able to tell me that they had my size in a ring that I specifically wanted. When I went in everything was cleaned again and I was able to buy the ring in the perfect size and engaged in a conversation with one of the sales people who was so nice. I couldn’t be happier !!
