Staff was very pleasant and we really liked the new styles of bracelets. There should be greater varieties od charms.

Chivon, the store manager was manning the door, making sure the staff and patrons were staying safe. She excelled that this and was also able to keep the line moving at a pretty fast pace by asking customers what they were looking for while waiting on line. Similarly, all workers inside the store were extremely kind and knowledgeable.

My worker was extremely sweet throughout the whole time and was very patient, which I loved because sometimes I take a while to choose which jewelry I liked. They cleaned the station they were in after every costumer finished purchasing something and all workers had a mask and gloves on. It was very clean and welcoming!

One of the items I wanted was not in stock and the sales associate got on the phone with another mall and put it on hold for me.

The Sales Associates were excellent, they valued the importance of safety, were knowledgeable on sale merchandise and promotions and informed me. They were very welcoming and the store looked fabulous!

I luv jewelry but get really bored really fast with pandora you can switch the charms around to have a new look every day. Also it’s great that you could find sentimental pieces that matches life’s journey
