xavier was a pleasure to work with. He was with us for almost 2 hours and had so much patience with us (haha) he was calm and collective and went above and beyond and met our expectations. Great personality and knowledgeable! I have been to so many pandora spots and I have experienced sales associates who just want you in and out and on to the next customer. He made it a fun experience and I will definitely be going back again soon to purchase my next charm. When I first arrived at the store I was given time to look around. Within a few minutes I was asked if I needed help. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted and she showed me several options to help me decide.

Although the store was busy they kept an organized line. As well as not codling costumers and forcing you to buy something. Easy checkout and were friendly.
