I had an issue with one of my bracelet purchases from another pandora location. The associate outside the store at their mini kiosk stand was so amazing and helpful. Wish I remembered her name but overall she definitely over exceeded in her customer service skills. She even gracefully delegated the customers on point with telling them they had to wait on line. The manager (male) came to assist her with my exchange of my bracelet. I was so happy I ended up making a new purchase of earrings! Thank you!!!

The outside pickup service speeds up the waiting process for a store very popular during the holidays. The salesperson when I inquired about a new item was excellent and I was also shown an additional item with the same design. I made an additional purchase outside the store and items were gift wrapped right outside without ever going inside the store. Great service.

The immediate service, friendliness and knowledge was extraordinary.My sales associate was Fantastic when helping me select items and made me feel at ease and welcomed. She also took her time with me.
