I liked the new look of the store. There were associates willing to take time to answer questions and show you how all the different options for charms work. They understood that it is a big purchase and didn’t make you feel rushed. I also loved the engraving station and all the giveaways!

the manager helped us with a bracelet that was sold to us in boca. the sales association boca sold the wrong size bracelet for my daughter and the manager ( I'm sorry I'm blanking on her name but I think it was Debbie) and the sales associate helped make the exchange even though we were passed the 30 days (we didn't even know it would be possible). we can't thank them enough for their service for customer satisfaction and realize that they went the extra mile to help us. even though we live 30min away and there is a closer pandora we will. make an effort to purchase more charms from this store. thank you
