Because it was an amazing experience

Their were two stores reps who went above and beyond to find retired charms in their inventory. They were absolutely incredible. I wish I had their names but i remember their was a guy with long nails and an older lady who were the helpers.

Brianna P was very helpful, she had a lot of knowledge on the charms which was great. She was so nice greeted me with a big smile. Thank you guys!!!!

Very satisfied with my overall experience in store the sales associate named Deborah was very polite and helpful.

The sales associate named Denise was very polite and helpful she helped me to apply for a pandora card and helped me to select the right fit bracelet and had some awesome ideas with the type of charms I requested. She placed them on the bracelet and looked beautiful! She was so sweet and efficient every charm I requested from my online wish list she found for me. I was very impressed by her professionalism and how knowledgeable she was with the charms. I would definitely come see her again for her help. Can’t wait to see what other charms are coming in the future!

Excelent everything

The store was busy and the staff sales people were very friendly and showed us lots of ideas ! My wife and I were picking out some charms for my daughters bracelet for Christmas! This was our second time in this store as we picked out some for my daughters birthday on November 01! Wished sales person then on November 01 explained about survey then as we could have saved $10.00 on this purchase 11 days later- only have 7 days I see now

I love the service and professional employees. They are friendly and always find a way to help. I have gone to other Pandora Store and because of the service I have walked away without a purchase. This is why I always go to the same store. They all know what there doing and go above and beyond, from management to all the employees I have encountered .
