I can never find rings in my size 11 and every time I have gone in a Pandora they have told me the highest they go is a 9 but this attendant said we have extended sizes from some and helped me pick a nice one. Also she let me know which ones usually go into the extended sizes very happy.

The store Manager Chivon D was very, very professional, knowledgeable and authentic during my interaction with her. She went above and beyond in helping me select my charms. I appreciate her taking time out with me on 3/2/19; which went a long way towards fixing my prior unsatisfactory experience at the store on Valentine's day with another staff member. Chivon contacted me and showed interest in service recovery. I am happy with the new charm I exchanged today.

The salesperson Natalie B who help me today was very friendly, good costumer service, I will definitely come back to the Pandora store.
