I walked right into the store and was greeted immediately. The piece of jewelry I was looking for was displayed alone so it was easy to find. My sales representative was very nice and was able to answer any of my questions.

I was given the Sparkling Strand Bracelet by an ex-boyfriend in Silver with clear stones a little under a year ago. One of the stones had fallen out & it became incomplete. Unfortunately, I did not have a receipt and am no longer with that boyfriend anymore. I called up Pandora in Garden State Plaza, New Jersey and spoke with Raquel on 10/10/18 at around 12pm. She was beyond accommodating & extremely customer service oriented. She exceeded my expectations and made it so easy to exchange my exact bracelet for a new one. She is by far an excellent employee and should be rewarding for her impeccable service. Please let me know if any further is needed on my end to ensure that she recognized for her excellency.
