The moment I walked in the store I connected with the associate Soucy. I saw her patience and care she had with the customer she was taking care of. I was buying 2 gifts and was never thinking of applying for the Pandora card not getting anything for myself today. After speaking with Soucy I applied for the Pandora card and got approved on the spot. I was so happy I bought myself 3 items. This girl is amazing. Soucy invested over an hour with me and never did I feel rushed, which is extremely important. Soucy was sweet and very patient.

I was greeted by a Rosemarie G. Rosemarie was very friendly and helpful.

The sales rep was fantastic. She made it very easy to exchange my bracelet. Also, put the charms I brought with me on my bracelet. Lastly, she sold me a safety chain. I was very satisfied with my experience.
