The store opened about 15 minutes early. That's great, especially when people are waiting to get in. The staff were very friendly and happy to assist the customers. The saleswoman that helped me was knowledgeable and helpful when she was helping me.

I needed to exchange a bracelet for a larger size I am in the system and didn't need my receipt to do the exchange. They cleaned a tarnish bracelet to look like new. Finally I was looking for a necklace for a special charm and the attendent was very helpful.

I was greeted when I entered, even though there were other customers present busy with other sales associates. The lady I worked with knew inventory levels and quickly found the item I was looking for. The check-out process went smoothly and was efficient! Everything I could hope for!

I shopped at your destiny mall location in Syracuse ny . You had three Associates all were very friendly two of them help me and went above looking for the items I was looking for . Working in customer service myself I would cherish the three Associates you have because during this pandemic when I visited other store has really gone down but not in this store I wish I could remember all their names because I think they should be recognized definitely will come visit the store again
