It was crowded with xmas shoppers that's not fault of the store with ease of movement. It was an overall pleasurable experience. My sales associate was amazing.

Missy helped me out and was extremely knowledgeable about what items we were looking at. I came in with something in mind and really wasn't sure what items were in store. She was able to find exactly what I was looking for (a rose gold charm) and give me options. I had stopped in at Kay Jewelers and was ignored and talked down to. I will be recommending Pandora from now on! Thanks again to the associate Missy for your excellent customer service and I'll be stopping back in soon!

As soon as I went into the store I was greeted by an associate, I already knew what I wanted and the associate got it for me right away

The associates were very friendly and willing to take the time to let us look at several trays of charms to pick out what we really wanted now. The associate we were working with suspended our order so we could add to it and get a second free bracelet. The check out was quick and easy.
