I was quickly greeted by a store associate. She was very knowledgeable & pleasant. I told her what I was looking for, she brought me right to it, and I was out of there rather quickly. And my items were gifts, so they packaged them beautifully. No need to even wrap! I'm extremely pleased with my experience at the Pandora store in Destiny USA (Syracuse, NY).

The sales associate was professional, kind, and very helpful. She was working alone and the store was very busy. The items I was looking for were in store and I was able to purchase immediately.

Everything they have in store is beautiful. The lady knew exactly what I was talking about that I wanted and she was so happy to help me. They were a little busy but as soon as they seen me, someone immediately came over to help me the first chance they got.
