I did not need to wait outside of this store before a Sales Associate called me in. The ease of my previous days purchase exchange was welcomed and very pleasant.

Ariana was amazing and so sweet. She had great recommendations and made shopping easier. I definitely would return and work with her again. She saw that we had been waiting for awhile for assistance and jumped in to help us, despite it being busy.

Very knowledgeable, very friendly, very helpful. Sales associates. Took time to take care of what I needed. Willing to show me and to look around the store.

Yes, the manager and associate were both very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They went out of their way to accommodate my requests. I had ordered online from Pandora and had it shipped directly to me. The only issue was that it was gifts for my Grand Daughter's Graduations and I needed it to be wrapped in Pandora Gift Bag and Paper so therefore, I had to go directly to the nearest store to me. I had originally wished that they could have sent the gift bag and tissue with my order. It was because, of the COVID pandemic that they could not currently do this I was told on the phone when I called online associate. This store near me was very helpful and helped me to finalize the Pandora gift experience. Also was able to purchase another charm there that was needed to complete my order. Thank You! Your Associates Rock!
