Because the employee make you feel welcomed. I got a pandora bracelet for Christmas & e every month I promise myself to buy a charm & the employee make me feel like coming back every month.

I was notified by Melissa that there was a promotional event coming up. She offered to set up an appointment with me to show me all the new items for the Spring event. It was a pleasant experience and so much fun!

While waiting in line outside the store, associates asked me what I was looking for. They brought me different selections to browse while waiting. When the store was safe to enter, they rang me out and added my new charm to my bracelet.

The worker helped me even though I wasn’t able to exchange my ring size since it was past 30 days, but she allowed me to exchange my ring size for a smaller size. Now I can wear it everywhere!

The salesperson who helped me was very knowledgeable. She was very nice. She was very helpful.
