I purchase the rose gold solitaire ring in a size 5 for my son’s girlfriend & she needed a bigger size. I called my nearest Pandora store in Syracuse, NY & explained my issue. They had her size & I was able to do an even exchange.

Very helpful even while waiting in line outside store. Only down fall was not having the charms I wanted but I purchased two different ones instead
