My house recently burned down and everything was lost including my Pandora bracelets, or so I thought. A worker who was demolishing the site saw a box in my room that was spared the fire but heavily water damaged and brought it out to me. Inside were my bracelets heavily covered in soot! I brought them to the store and both workers immediately started polishing the bracelets and charms! They look new again! You can’t imagine how happy I am to have something left from my past after the loss. I can’t say enough about the staff and the time they took to make me smile again!
