Missy keeps me updated on new products that are being launched through Pandora. She reached out to me regarding the new toggle bracelet and new items being offered. Missy is so efficient and knows my preferences. She’s excellent at her job!

I was on line looking at charms and found some I liked for family . I was able to find that they were available in my local store. It was easier for me to buy them in the store and not on line. While in the store I was able to ask the associate about charm figures I may be interested in. She told me what I am looking for may come out at Christmas. I will be looking.

The customer service rep. was very kind and friendly. Answered questions regarding the different products. The store did follow the PPE guidelines.

Every time, I go into Pandora I’m greeted by the Sales associates they are very nice and friendly. They do their best to value you as a customer.
