The associate who waited on us was very happy and sociable. She made it easy to do a return. The store allowed to sets of patrons in at the same time, which I thought was a great idea!

We got to the store we were greeted at the door due to the guild lines of Covid. The sales associate asked us what we need we needed to return a ring we bought because a stone fell out . We were there 5 minutes.
