The sales lady was kind, courteous & very patient, this was my first purchase & she talked me into getting a credit card I did because her overall demeanor was outstanding. Great customer service

Merchandise very good - However the sales associate waiting on me he had a mask on but it was polled or falling off her nose exposing her nostrils. I called it to her attention and she said oh thanks - later on however. The mask still was not on properly to protect a spread of germs

Associate helped me instantly with returning my ring and picking out a different one to exchange. Very friendly, was able to help me with a previous ring that I have gotten as a gift and find the right sizes. Great customer service

The sales associate knew exactly what I was talking about, even with my bad description of what I wanted. She knew both rings I was talking about before I was even done talking. The rings were beautiful and she helped me achieve my shopping experience.
