The sales associate was so sweet, caring and had amazing customer service skills. She was willing to find the issue with my charms and bracelet and correct it. She gave me more knowledge on how to better care for my bracelet. I was beyond satisfied!

Before going into pandora I had a long conversation with arianna the sales associates on what was the right product for me And if they were available or not she helped me with no problem and got me when I needed and When I got there they were very polite and clean

Since the store itself is currently closed due to the pandemic, my transaction was completed over the telephone with an associate. The associate was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. She made suggestions that allowed me to confidently complete my order. The associate met me at at my vehicle for a curbside pick-up of my order and it was just as pictured. Overall, it was an excellent experience!

Visit was during quarentine/pickup option only. The staff were very helpful. We weren't 100 percent sure what rings we wanted and what size we needed. Staff went above to ensure we were completely happy.

Great over all experience

I recently got the Minnie Mouse ring for Christmas and found out there was a matching Mickey Mouse one. I went back to Pandora and they had my size in the Mickey one!
