Extremely satisfied with replacement of my broken bracelet with brand new bracelet

My boyfriend went Christmas shopping for me at another pandora location in an airport. He misplaced the receipt so I was obviously worried because he bought me a bracelet that was a size too big and I couldn't wear it. Thats an expensive bracelet but I know the policy so I was worried I wouldn't be able to wear it and he would be out on the money he spent to buy me it. The staff here were great, and it was no problem doing a simple exchange. I shop at pandora a lot, it's my go to store and I was really happy that they could do this for me. I kept the box and everything that the bracelet came in, hadn't wore it , and overall was really gratfeul even though I know it's a smidge of the rules.

The sales associate, I believe the store manager, was so helpful and her personality actually made my day. She was wonderful helping pick out a charm for the necklace I bought. She was honest and not just trying to make a sale. It truly made my day

Staff was friendly. They showed me all that was available. They had patience with my small children. Wish they had more in stock but that's but their fault
