I have been a customer of Pandora for years my daughter graduates from college and I was looking for some thank you gifts I had a range of what I wanted and what to spend , the salesperson made things easy and something i wanted were not available but I was able to change, only thing the next day a got a reminder of the last sale and I might change cause I seen a couple things that caught my eye, I have travel around and I brought my daughter a few charms when we were in Paris and Italy, at one time I was not going to every shop with Pandora again because of an experience I had with the return department.

I was very satisfied with my Pandora experience i knew exactly what I needed and so did the sales person Ebony L she knows her job very well she was fantastic,i told her i will be back to purchase more charms. Now that's service with a smile.

Melissa S. the associate that greeted me upon my arrival in the store, was, and if I may say, completely fantastic. Her co-worker, who also helped in my search for some last minute birthday gifts for a very special 11 year old, was extremely pleasant and quick in finding the charms I wanted to look at. These two made it look effortless and I was in, purchased, and out before I knew it. All the while they engaged in conversation and made me feel comfortable and they absolutely went above and beyond to ensure I enjoyed my visit. I will certainly go back and ask these two for help again!! Thanks again ladies!

The store was immaculate, and the displays were very nicely done. My sales person, Ebony L., was excellent in every way.
